Coupsicle.com is a website that caters to kids and their families. We seek out the best experiences, services and stores in North Atlanta, negotiate incredible deals just for you, then deliver them directly to your inbox every day.
How far will I have to drive to use my deal?
Coupsicle.com offers deals in Cherokee, North Fulton & Forsyth counties. Occasionally we will feature deals outside this area and for online businesses, if it’s something we think you’ll really enjoy!
Does it cost anything to subscribe to coupsicle.com?
Nope!
How do I buy a coupsicle.com deal?
Just click the “BUY” button before the offer ends. You’ll need a user account – don’t worry, it only takes a second. (www.coupsicle.com/account/register) Once you buy the deal, we’ll charge your credit card and you can download the voucher from the “MY PURCHASES” page in your coupsicle.com account. The charge will show up on your credit card statement as “COUPSICLE.COM.”
What if the minimum number of buyers required for the deal is not reached?
We have no minimums! We believe if you want to buy a deal you shouldn’t have to wait for the deal to “tip” in order to get it. That being said, we would still love for you to share us with all your friends!
I bought a coupsicle.com deal – now what?
Once you’re charged, you can download and print your voucher from the “MY PURCHASES” page on coupsicle.com. The coupsicle.com voucher has redemption instructions so you know how to use it.
If I don’t use the full value of my coupsicle.com voucher in one visit, can I use the remainder later?
A voucher must be used in one visit, unless the merchant has specified a different policy, in which case it will say so on the voucher.
How long do I have to use my coupsicle.com voucher? Are there any restrictions on how I can use it?
Most of the deals will have an expiration date and may have some other restrictions on how the vouchers can be used. Be sure to read the Fine Print next to the deal before you buy it. Please remember that your purchase and use of all vouchers are also subject to the rules stated in the Terms & Conditions (http://coupsicle.com/terms-and-conditions/)

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Can I get a refund for my purchase?
All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have a problem with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible. Unfortunately, after five (5) business days, we cannot refund your purchase. Deals for admission to a specific ticketed event and venue cannot be refunded once the event date and time has passed. To inquire about a refund, please email us at info@coupsicle.com and we will respond to you promptly.
What if the business closes or won’t accept my voucher?
If anything happens that makes it impossible for you to redeem your coupsicle.com voucher, we’ll do our best to work with you and the business to find a solution that meets your needs.
Is coupsicle.com safe?
Yes. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers. Read our privacy policy for more information about the types of information we collect from you, and how we use that information.

When do you charge my credit card?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of completing your purchase.
